We are seeking a reliable, personable, and motivated Full-Time Leasing & Property Operations Coordinator to support leasing activities, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations. Key Responsibilities:
Leasing & Resident Relations Conduct property showings and host open houses for available rental homes. Greet and engage prospective renters professionally and enthusiastically. Answer questions regarding properties, rental criteria, and application processes. Provide feedback to the property management team regarding showings, market activity, and applicant interest. Maintain strong communication with prospective and current residents to ensure a positive leasing and living experience. Support rent-collection efforts by reminding residents of due dates, assisting with payment portal questions, and relaying concerns to management. Maintenance & Operations Coordination Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Schedule and coordinate in-house maintenance team members to address work orders. Coordinate and schedule outside vendors as needed, ensuring timely completion of repairs. Communicate maintenance updates clearly with residents, vendors, and internal teams. Track maintenance requests and follow up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. Property Oversight Conduct routine unit inspections, move-in/move-out inspections, and periodic property checks. Ensure homes are clean, well-maintained, and ready for showings or resident occupancy. Report property conditions, needed repairs, and inspection findings to management. Assist with general administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Access to a smartphone for scheduling, directions, and communication. Prior leasing, property management, or maintenance coordination experience is a plus, but not required. Willingness to occasionally work weekends or flexible hours as needed.
