$20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Process insurance rating requests accurately while maintaining compliance and meeting production metrics. Demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and autonomy to resolve complex inquiries and anticipate operational needs. Manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict deadlines in a cross-functional, remote, and in-office environment. Maintain professional written and verbal communication across all email, phone, and team interactions.

Candidate Profile & Qualification Education:

Associate degree or higher preferred (not required).

Technical Skills:

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and multi-system desktop tools.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism in written correspondence and interviews is heavily emphasized.
