Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Scheduler / Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient office management, and exceptional customer support. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly nursing schedules. Handle front desk duties, greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and confidential information with accuracy and discretion Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email and supporting client communication efforts Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy with excellent typing skills Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining discretion Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous administrative or clerical experience, including data entry, filing, and proofing documents is highly desirable Join us in a role that combines organizational excellence with meaningful client interaction!
