Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Forecasting & Replenishment, the Account Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our largest retail customer accounts. Qualified candidates possess exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail enabling them to resolve problems independently with internal and external contacts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiate and maintain retailer program setups; spanning from the program kickoff through execution. Manage the item setup lifecycle, executing internal and external setup/maintenance in corresponding retailer portals. Manage product testing requirements with each retailer; serving as the liaison between the retailer and CHB to ensure no delays to program launches. Proactively manage eCommerce inventory signals to ensure an accurate online representation for the consumer. Monitor and manage retailer web pages to ensure items are continuously active and accurate to Marketing expectations. Oversee EDI process to diagnose and resolve failures to prevent disruptions to the business. Work with manufacturing plants to resolve consumer questions Special Projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree required Computer literacy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; prior experience with an ERP database is helpful (preferably SAP). Experience working in retail (preferred). Experience working with cross functional teams Fast learner that is willing to take on new challenges as they present themselves Creative problem solver with an ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills Self-motivated, takes initiative, and owns their projects Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
