Job Description
Job Overview We are a title company seeking an experienced processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in processing our files for our escrow department to work up and scheduling closings with lenders and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain a strong relationship with clients and provide them with great service Coordinate closings between all parties and communicate the schedule with our team Review Title Commitments and explain what is needed for clients to close on their home Communicate with all parties on transactions to obtain necessary information and documentation Work with municipalities to get information regarding taxes, water, and invoices Order payoffs and HOA status letters as needed Prepare Pre-CDs and Estimated Statements for clients Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow Qualifications Previous experience in the title industry is required Experience with Qualia and BS&A is preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Ability to thrive working in a team based environment Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to manage time effectively Experience in customer service or support roles is essential Excellent computer literacy with typing proficiency required Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing tasks This company describes its culture as Team Oriented
