About the Role Together We Move and Move Together Club are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to support our apparel production, ecommerce fulfillment and virtual event operations. This is a hands-on role primarily focused on printing apparel, packing customer orders and keeping our production process organized. Additional hours may include inventory management, basic customer service and setting up products or events in Shopify. This position could be a great fit for a student studying sports management, event management, marketing, business, ecommerce or a related field. An interest in running, fitness, sports or community events is a plus. Primary Responsibilities Apparel Production and Fulfillment Print event shirts and hoodies using our apparel equipment Review orders and prepare daily production lists Organize apparel by design, size and customer order Inspect finished products for print quality and accuracy Pick and pack medals, apparel and other event products Print shipping labels and packing slips Update orders with tracking information Maintain a clean and organized production area Inventory and Operations Monitor blank apparel, medals and shipping supplies Complete basic weekly inventory counts Organize incoming products and supplies Prepare a list of items that need to be reordered Maintain production and event files Flag low inventory, order errors or production concerns Ecommerce and Event Support Depending on weekly order volume, additional responsibilities may include: Uploading approved product images and descriptions to Shopify Creating product variants, SKUs, tags and collections from templates Testing product pages and checkout links Exporting participant and fulfillment lists Assisting with custom event setup and order organization Responding to basic customer questions about order status, tracking, sizing or address changes Helping maintain accurate events and participant records Qualifications Reliable, organized and able to follow detailed processes Strong attention to names, sizes, colors, addresses and order details Comfortable completing repetitive, hands-on production work Able to work independently after training Comfortable learning Shopify, shipping software and apparel-printing equipment Basic experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Clear written and verbal communication Able to identify problems and ask questions before completing an incorrect order Previous printing, fulfillment, retail, ecommerce or event experience is helpful but not required Training will be provided. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods while printing and packing Ability to safely lift and move boxes of apparel and supplies Comfortable working around heat-press and apparel-production equipment Schedule The position will generally require 10-20 hours per week across approximately three weekdays. Some flexibility may be available around a college schedule. Hours may increase slightly during major event launches or holiday periods. Dependable availability and the ability to complete fulfillment on schedule are important.
