Job Location Jackson, Michigan (On-Site) Contract Duration 11 month(s) This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This role is fully onsite in Jackson, MI.

Responsibilities :

In this position, you will perform a variety of complex (technical/Scientific) tasks for the Rubber Good/Productive Apparatus Testing Department. You will be using testing equipment, visual inspections, cleaning and washing protective equipment with solvents and special cleaning compounds.

Experience:

Must be detailed oriented, exceptional organizational and operational skills, solid interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to work while standing, sitting, be able to use a pallet jack. Additionally, this position requires repetitive bending and reaching. High school diploma or higher. working knowledge of Microsoft Suite - Word & Excel. Any scientific or technical field education a plus Fork lift certified a plus Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $23 - $30/hr
