Testing lab

• certifying the line man, gloves, arm sleeves, electric safe blankets. This position would support the Testing Lab team, to ship out the goods to the team. Assist in some of the testing, moving equipment, inventory, taking records of equipment 6:30am to 2:30 pm 5 days a week. No overtime Monday
• Friday 100% Onsite in Jackson, MI
• 5 days a week in an air conditioned building, no outside work.

Forklift will be driven maybe every 3 months or not at all, so not really that important. Long term contract assignment, will most likely extend

Duties:

• In this position, you will perform a variety of complex (technical/Scientific) tasks for the Rubber Good/Productive Apparatus Testing Department.
• You will be using testing equipment, visual inspections, cleaning and washing protective equipment with solvents and special cleaning compounds.

Skills:

• Must be detailed oriented, exceptional organizational and operational skills, solid interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work while standing, sitting, be able to use a pallet jack.
• Additionally this position requires repetitve bending and reaching.

Education:

• High school diploma or higher. working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Word & Excel.
• Any scientific or technical field education a plus
• Fork lift certified a plus, not required

Pay:

$23.00

• $30.

00 per hour
