Our clients include residential homeowners, building contractors and both national and commercial accounts. Candidates need to not only be able to interface between our clients, but also between the various departments and employees. Job Summary Quickly evolving and growing, high-energy company seeking a driven Project Coordinator to fulfill an opening and exciting position. Hard Rock Stone Works seeks to hire a project manager who enjoys working in a respectful, friendly, dynamic team environment. The role involves assisting sales team & clients with their granite, quartz, or marble project whether a full kitchen, bathroom vanity, or other projects. You would serve as the main point of contact for sales team by providing outstanding internal and external customer service by setting correct expectations, satisfying customer's needs, and completing projects. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Responsible for inputting all Retail deposits into Quickbooks.
  • Verify all deposits match payment schedule and account terms.
  • Manage and process all Guild Quality surveys
  • Ensure proper supply of cleaner and stone brilliance are available for sales team.
  • Track all warranties/maintenance packages sold.
  • Update and maintain all pricing guides.
  • Update warehouse price list with updated slabs to assure full coverage of material.
  • Monitor "Customer Pick Up" bucket in SA to have all pickups completed within 30 days.
  • Responsible for answering phones and managing sales voicemail box.
  • Responsible for managing Live Chat.
  • Responsible for assigning any leads from Live Chat, Website Forums, Estimator Pro, Phone Calls and Voicemails. Track all leads.
  • Responsible for ordering special -order sinks, faucets, and accessories at time of sale.
  • Responsible for sending out all follow up communications to customers.
  • Responsible to support sales staff by assisting customers with slab views, collecting customer info along with opportunity to finalize a sale.
  • Responsible to follow up on all orders post template. Responsible for updating all changes and processing any special orders.
  • Responsible for selling add-ons when given opportunity.
  • Responsible for updating Quickbooks with changes or updates for all projects as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned accounts.
  • Responsible to attend daily buffer meetings and follow-up on dig and layout approvals to ensure job stays on schedule.
  • Assist with any K&B / Builder / Designer account overflow. This includes assisting customers in the showroom, quoting jobs, and processing POs.
  • Responsible to complete 1 Install and 1 Measure visit per month.
  • Participate in HRSW hosted events / functions.
  • Attend sales meetings scheduled prior to standard start time.
Qualifications Education Required:
High School Diploma.
Licensing/ Registration/ Certification:
Valid drivers' license and clean driving record. 2+ years progressive experience in customer service, account management and/or project management. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. People Person. Driven/self-motivated. Teachable. Basic computer skills. (Excel, Outlook, Word) Knowledge of Quickbooks. Attention to detail. Eye for colors and design. Preferred knowledge of cabinet, bath, or kitchen design. Knowledge of construction/home improvement industry preferred. Independent thinkers. Has experience overseeing projects to completion. Ability to multi-task. Willingness to cross train. Ability to work Saturdays.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
