We're looking for 2 detail-oriented, dependable Quality Control Specialists to help uphold the standard of excellence our clients expect from us. The ideal candidate is a reliable, professional team player who takes genuine pride in the work theydo and the company they represent. About the Role As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll monitor client worksites remotely, verify guard compliance with uniform and scheduling standards, and support the Operations Center and Regional Managers with accurate, timely reporting. You'll play a key role in helping GTS maintain the quality and consistency our clients rely on. Compensation & Schedule
- $23.00/hour
- Part-time, 3 days per week (21 hours/week)
- Monday-Saturday availability, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Located at 720 Piper Farm Rd, Fayetteville, NC What You'll Do
- Monitor numerous worksites via computer and chat platforms
- Observe and report guard check-ins to confirm guards are in proper uniform and on site at the prescribed shift time
- Provide up-to-date situation reports to Regional Managers for dissemination to client representatives
- Assist the current Operations Center agent and Regional Managers with resolving schedule discrepancies What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and chat/messaging platforms
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong written communication skills for reporting purposes
- Strong team player with a professional, respectful attitude toward the business and its clients
