Job Description Overview This position is responsible for coordinating surgery schedules, authorizations, administrative/clerical support and all other front office duties to ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include scheduling and obtaining prior authorizations for procedures, coordinating with hospitals, surgeons, and patients, processing referrals, and insurance verification. In addition, the role serves as a clinic secretary by handling patient communication, answering phones, managing medical records, and supporting front-desk tasks as needed. Qualifications The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in medical scheduling or surgical coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
