Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all production equipment. Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance activities . Prioritize work orders based on safety, production impact, and resource availability. Create detailed job plans including labor requirements, parts, tools, and estimated time . Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and Operations to align schedules with production needs. Ensure appropriate inventory levels of spare parts and materials ; coordinate with purchasing as needed. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to: Generate and track work orders Maintain asset history Analyze downtime trends Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment uptime and reliability. Monitor and report KPIs such as: Planned vs. unplanned work Schedule compliance Equipment downtime Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies . Qualifications Education & Experience Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred 3-5+ years experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or industrial maintenance in manufacturing Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment strongly preferred Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar) Ability to interpret technical manuals, equipment drawings, and schematics Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration ability Data-driven mindset with analytical problem-solving skills Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance best practices Working Conditions Manufacturing plant environment May require occasional off-shift or weekend scheduling support during shutdowns or major maintenance events Equal Opportunity Employer
