Job Description
The Training Operations Coordinator provides institute logistics, venue management, registration, and on-site event execution for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's federal Training Program for Federal TRIO Programs.
In this role you will:
Annually plan and execute two in-person hybrid institutes and one virtual institute. Manage the online registration platform. Manage event budget, contracts, and invoices. Coordinate travel arrangements for training faculty and project staff.About Us:

Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Two years of experience coordinating institutes, conferences, or programs, including venue negotiation, vendor management, and on-site event execution, similar experience will be considered. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to institute sites. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Higher Education, Public Administration, Event/Program Management, or a related field. Prior TRIO or pre-college program experience. Familiarity with event-registration and hybrid-streaming platforms (e.g., Whova).
