The Home Care Scheduler will be the liaison between the caregivers and our clients providing the utmost employee and customer care. Hours are Monday through Friday 9a-5p with an on-call rotation. Home Care Scheduler:
Home Care Scheduler will serve as the primary contact for clients, family members, and caregivers. Home Care Scheduler will manage every detail of the care schedule with general guidance from care management staff. Home Care Scheduler will ensure all scheduled shifts are staffed and completed. Ensure proper care and high quality experiences. Align with company management and office staff to ensure a strong caregiver engagement and client delight. Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements of Home Care Scheduler:
High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated logical thinking. Ability to work independently while adhering to certain pre-defined standards and communicating frequently, clearly, and efficiently. Willing and able to work overtime as needed, and share after-hours on-call answering service back-up duty. Ideal candidate will reside no more than 25 minutes from the office.
Qualifications of Home Care Scheduler:
Strong computer skills including Word and Excel ClearCare Computer Program experience is a plus but not required Ability to multi-task Pleasant Strong communication skills Knowledge of medical terminology High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree with focus in business administration or relevant field is a plus
