Job Description

Overview As our Bilingual Patient Scheduler, you are the welcoming voice and operational engine of our clinics. You'll serve as the primary connection point for our diverse patient base, law firm partners, and clinical providers, ensuring every patient enjoys a compassionate, seamless care journey in their preferred language. Key Responsibilities Provide fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication for all scheduling inquiries, patient follow-ups, and clinic updates. Promptly reach out to new patients referred by law firm partners to schedule appointments at the location most convenient for them. Manage, confirm, reschedule, and update patient appointments using ChiroSpring and Prognosis to maintain a balanced, efficient clinic schedule. Send reminders and confirmations via text, phone, or email to reduce no-shows and keep patient care on track. Work hand-in-hand with front desk staff and medical teams to minimize wait times and prioritize urgent care needs. Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Process cancellations, manage no-shows, and proactively fill open appointment slots. Provide exceptional, empathetic customer service by addressing patient scheduling questions and concerns with warmth and care.
Qualifications & Requirements Language:
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written communication skills required).
Experience:
1-2 years of scheduling or administrative experience in a hospital or clinical healthcare setting (strongly preferred).
Software Skills:
Direct experience or familiarity with ChiroSpring and/or Prognosis scheduling software (strongly preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication, detail-oriented multitasking, and comfort handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance:

Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
