Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Production Quality Associate and become a vital part of ensuring excellence in manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining rigorous quality standards across production lines, conducting detailed inspections, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help uphold compliance with industry regulations and quality management systems, ensuring our products meet the highest specifications. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about quality assurance and manufacturing excellence to make a tangible impact every day. Duties 1. Performs inspection of all products being produced per inspection instructions, procedures and/or control plans for each part. 2. Works effectively with shift supervisors notifying/advising them of non-conforming product and communicate concerns through quality system procedures and segregate non-conforming material for disposition. 3. Assists in the development of Quality Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. 4. Tests functional performance of systems, subassemblies, and parts including visual aspects. 5. Records defects and returns unit to production department for repair and/or performs minor repairs to products. 6. Effectively communicates with engineers, technicians, production personnel, and others regarding testing procedures and results and to resolve problems. 7. Maintain part folders/database in a neat and orderly fashion. 8. Assists in the setup of test equipment setup to evaluate performance and operation of nonstandard or customer returned units. 9. Demonstrate an overall understanding of the manufacturing process, products produced, and works effectively with manufacturing personnel to create and implement corrective actions to existing or potential problems. 10. Assists in training back-up inspectors as required. 11. Maintains a neat and safe work environment. 12. Adheres to and upholds company's safety policies and procedures. 13. Other duties as assigned.
