Scheduling Specialist Full-time/Third Shift Anne Grady Services is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our team at our Intermediate Care Facility! As a scheduling specialist you will: Schedule direct care staff and fill open shifts Monitor direct care staff paid benefit time, input payroll for processing, and maintain accurate attendance records for direct care staff Carry on call phone and book, fills in as a supervisor or direct care staff as needed.

Requirements:

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities is preferred; Supervisory experience preferred experience working with large group scheduling and payroll preferred.
