Manufacturing Services Scheduler is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the Services schedule to ensure products, parts and services are efficiently scheduled on time, and with optimal use of resources? Core Responsibilities Plan and manage production schedules : Determine what products to produce, when, and on which machines or production lines, using job orders, inventory data, and customer due dates? Coordinate with departments : Work closely with production, sales, purchasing, and management to align schedules with delivery commitments and resource availability? Monitor and adjust schedules : Track production progress, update schedules for changes in material availability, capacity constraints, or customer requirements, and resolve delays? Manage resources : Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are available and utilized efficiently to minimize costs and avoid downtime? Inventory control : Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages that could delay production or delivery?
