ABOUT THE
ROLEThis role will be responsible for coordinating and organizing various critical Operations procedures and processes. This role will provide overarching support to the company overall and its employees. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Time and Attendance processing.

Accurately compile, review, verify, and record time/attendance data and generate reports.

Distribution of shop print packagesPlan and organize order processing for production.

Assists Production Supervisors with employee documentation for tracking and record keeping purposes.

Active interaction with shop floor personnel to build culture and values.

Provide continuous support to the production manager, supervisors, leads and employees.

Generates and distributes various department related records, reports, and correspondence.

Performs administrative duties to support other departments and the entire company.

Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, responding to emails, etc.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
WHAT WERE LOOKING
FORPrior experience with time and attendance strongly desired.

Experience in a manufacturing environment, providing operational support, preferred. 2-5 years manufacturing ERP systems experience, preferred.

Associate degree preferredBilingual in Spanish and English preferredAbility to work at a high energy level and tempo most of the time.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Excellent at using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, polices, or standards.

Ability to always keep a positive and professional attitude.

Capable of working in an extremely fast-paced work environment.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbalExcellent ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.

Ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
