McMurray Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center - McMurray, PA McMurray Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is currently seeking an organized and dependable Scheduler to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

TapCheck Scheduler Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain nursing schedules for all shifts Ensure adequate staffing coverage based on census and staffing needs Coordinate replacement coverage for call-offs and open shifts Communicate with employees regarding scheduling changes and needs Monitor overtime and agency usage Maintain accurate staffing records and reports Work closely with nursing leadership and HR regarding staffing needs Assist with schedule posting and updates in scheduling systems
Qualifications:
Previous scheduling experience preferred, preferably in healthcare or long-term care Knowledge of staffing ratios and scheduling practices Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with SmartLinx preferred but not required Must be dependable and detail-oriented Join the McMurray Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare team and help support quality resident care through effective staffing coordination!
