Now Hiring:
Staffing Scheduler McMurray Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center - McMurray, PA Full-Time | Monday - Friday McMurray Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Scheduler to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage while supporting our nursing departments and providing excellent customer service to employees.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain nursing staff schedules Fill open shifts while minimizing overtime and agency usage Process call-offs and coordinate replacement staff Communicate staffing needs with nursing leadership Maintain accurate staffing records and schedules Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking Ensure staffing meets facility and regulatory requirements Work collaboratively with department managers to meet staffing needs Provide exceptional customer service to employees and applicants
Qualifications:
Previous staffing, scheduling, HR, or administrative experience preferred Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with staffing or scheduling software is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating schedules while supporting a dedicated healthcare team, we'd love to hear from you.
