Client Care & Scheduling Coordinator Full-Time | Remote

•20.00/hour Bent Nail Home Inspections is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Client Care & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing East Tennessee team. You'll often be the first person our clients and real estate professionals speak with. This role goes beyond answering phones—you'll help schedule inspections, coordinate appointments, communicate with clients and agents, and keep our team's day running smoothly. Most responsibilities support Bent Nail Home Inspections, with opportunities to assist our affiliated home-service companies and grow into additional responsibilities over time. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and provide professional, friendly client service. Schedule home inspections and related services. Respond to client and agent calls, texts, and emails. Coordinate appointment changes with clients, agents, and inspectors. Maintain accurate appointment details, notes, and client records. Monitor daily schedules and help resolve scheduling issues. Assist with follow-ups, internal documents, review requests, and special projects as needed. Who We're Looking For We can teach you the home inspection industry and our systems. We're looking for someone who already brings reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. You'll be a great fit if you: Are confident and professional on the phone. Have previous customer service, administrative, scheduling, dispatching, or remote-work experience. Are dependable and punctual. Can multitask while paying attention to details. Learn new technology quickly. Work well independently while staying connected with a team. Enjoy a fast-paced workday. Are looking for a stable, long-term position with a consistent schedule. Experience in real estate, property management, home services, or a similar industry is a plus but not required. Training is provided. Schedule & Remote Work Requirements Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time This is a remote position, but it is not a flexible-hours or work-at-your-own-pace position. You must be consistently available during scheduled business hours to answer calls and assist clients.
Applicants must:
Currently reside in Tennessee; East Tennessee preferred. Have a quiet, professional workspace suitable for client calls. Have a dedicated home office/computer workstation suitable for full-time remote work. Have reliable high-speed internet. Have reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings or training. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Technology We use systems including Spectora, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with these programs is helpful but not required. Compensation $18.00
