Job Description
Overview The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of customer orders and operational processes. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries across online sales channels and works closely with internal departments to resolve order issues, process returns, and maintain accurate operational records. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Amazon, eBay, email, and other communication channels. Resolve customer concerns related to orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and product inquiries. Monitor open customer cases and ensure timely resolution. Track order issues, delivery exceptions, and return requests. Process returns and maintain accurate return documentation. Prepare monthly operational reports, including order trends, customer service metrics, returns, and marketplace performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities. Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve shipping discrepancies and order issues. Escalate complex customer concerns when necessary. Monitor marketplace performance metrics and help maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Assist with improving customer service processes and operational efficiency. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online business systems. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required.
