Operations Coordinator Eighty20 Group San Luis Obispo, CA Job Details Part-time $25 - $30 an hour 2 days ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Office activity coordination DocuSign Executive administrative support Attention to detail Marketing operations Full Job Description About the Role Eighty20 Group is looking for a highly organized, dependable Operations Coordinator to help keep the day-to-day business running smoothly. This person will work closely with our Director of Operations and support the brokerage across listings, transactions, marketing, vendors, office operations, and team coordination. This is a part-time role for someone who enjoys staying organized, following up, solving routine problems, and helping a busy team keep things moving. Real estate experience is helpful, but not required. Reporting Structure The Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Operations . The Director of Operations handles higher-level planning, problem solving, priorities, and coordination with ownership. The Operations Coordinator helps carry out that work by managing the day-to-day follow-up, scheduling, organization, and administrative details. As the role develops, the goal is for this person to take ownership of recurring tasks and workflows with less day-to-day direction. ResponsibilitiesListings & Transactions Help create and update MLS listings. Upload photos, reports, disclosures, and property documents. Coordinate photography, staging, inspections, signage, lockboxes, and property access. Assist with transaction paperwork and DocuSign. Schedule inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. Follow up with escrow, agents, vendors, and other transaction parties. Track outstanding items and help keep listings and escrows moving forward. Brokerage & Team Support Maintain calendars, spreadsheets, shared documents, and internal tracking systems. Help organize open houses, showings, meetings, and team schedules. Assist agents with routine operational questions. Send team communications and brokerage updates. Maintain onboarding materials and agent resources. Help coordinate prospective-agent interviews and onboarding. Marketing Coordination Help coordinate listing and brokerage marketing. Work with photographers, designers, printers, and other marketing vendors. Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, signage, flyers, and social media projects. Track marketing projects and deadlines. Help keep branding and materials organized and consistent. Vendors, Properties & Office Operations Schedule contractors, vendors, maintenance, and property access. Follow up on repairs and service appointments. Help coordinate routine needs for brokerage offices and investment properties. Assist with office supplies, equipment, printers, signage, utilities, and service providers. Maintain related records, invoices, and documentation. Accounting & Administrative Support Organize invoices, receipts, statements, and business documents. Forward records to bookkeeping or accounting as needed. Help locate historical documents and maintain organized files. Assist with routine documentation for insurance, financing, corporate filings, and other business needs. Meetings & Events Help coordinate team meetings, broker caravans, trainings, and company events. Schedule speakers and presentations. Assist with invitations, attendance, food, supplies, and event logistics. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented. Reliable and consistent with follow-up. Comfortable juggling several small projects at once. Professional with clients, agents, vendors, and business partners. Comfortable with email, calendars, spreadsheets, shared documents, and learning new software. Able to work independently on routine tasks. Good at recognizing when something needs additional attention. Positive, practical, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Experience in real estate, escrow, property management, construction coordination, or another deadline-driven business is a plus.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 25.0 per weekBenefits:
