The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards while supporting the PCS Operations team in all operations functions resulting in superior service delivery to our clients. Role & Responsibilities Establish brokerage and direct accounts within NetX360 Provides general operational processing assistance. Answers incoming telephone calls from Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants of topics including account details, operational questions, and paperwork processing. Works with clearing firm, custodians and other external vendors to resolve inquiries as necessary. Assist the Operations team in developing, planning and coordinating operational activities. Resolves basic questions. May refer more detailed questions to more senior level representatives or other departments for resolution. Ensures strict confidentiality of client, firm and associate records. Serve as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures and perform functions such as new account opening, account transfers, money movement, trading, and general account maintenance items, among other functions. Run daily reports to ensure complete processing of items. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent client service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of financial services industry. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with Pershing/NetX360 preferred. Solid problem-solving skills. Proficient in using MS Office. Docupace experience preferred.
Experience/Education/Licenses:
Experience working with First Clearing preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years experience in a client services role within the Financial Services industry. FINRA SIE and Series 7 or the willingness to obtain strongly preferred.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
