What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our expanding Power Group. This position could be hybrid or remote for the right candidate. What you'll be challenged to do: As an Operations Specialist, you will focus on executing operational initiatives at the direction of senior leadership. This position will support efforts to accelerate onboarding, improve utilization, enhance operational tools, and advance internal automation and AI-enabled workflows. This role works directly with Operations leadership to help turn priorities into action by building, maintaining, and improving the tools, processes and outputs that enable more efficient delivery across the organization. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Execute operational initiatives at the direction of Operations Leadership Build and maintain tools, trackers, and outputs used to support project delivery Support coordinating overall onboarding program and help improve early careers using real delivery workflows Maintain and improve resource planning and utilization tracking tools Assist in development of operational reporting tied to project performance Support development of automation and AI-enabled tools for proposals, estimating, early project setup and data structuring and project workflows Document, maintain and standardize processes based on project team workflow Education |
Experience:
What you will bring to our firm: Associates degree in Engineering. Construction Management, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in engineering design or project delivery Experience working directly on design or project teams supporting delivery Familiarity of engineering project workflow Strong attention to detail What we prefer you bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field Experience in Power Delivery Engineering experience Project support experience Proposal and estimating experience AI experience
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
