THE ROLE

We are looking for a local, hands-on operator to be our eyes, hands, and problem-solver on the ground in Ashland. This is a comprehensive role by design. What you'll own:

• Post-clean quality control inspections on STR turnovers
• Direct feedback to cleaners on quality issues, and scheduling of the cleaning team
• Restocking supplies and managing inventory across STR properties
• Guest messaging support and backup coverage as needed
• Triaging LTR items over the weekend so Monday starts smoothly
• Running errands as needed, for both STR and LTR
• General executive assistant support
• Continuously improving the systems behind all of the above What you won't do:
• Hands-on cleaning is not part of this role

SCHEDULE

Part-time, W-2, 30 guaranteed hours per week. Working days Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday off), typically 10am-4pm.

Hybrid:

some work from home, some on-site at properties, some in-office as we grow. Required availability on-call for peak holidays (paid stipend plus time-and-a-half for hours worked).

PAY & BENEFITS

$25-30/hour depending on experience. 10 days paid time off per year. Oregon-compliant paid sick time. Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Local to Ashland, OR with a reliable vehicle. Property management or hospitality experience preferred but not required, we are open to training the right person. Detail-oriented and reliable. Open to AI tools and new systems. Must pass a background check.
