Job Description
Private Duty Scheduler - Columbia, TN The scheduler is responsible for the coordination of client visits, maintenance and upkeep of scheduling records and log books, and the accurate and timely communication of scheduling changes between office, field staff and patients. He/She reports directly to the Private Duty/Choices Supervisor and/or Branch Manager. Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 PM. Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Prior experience with Windows based operating system, EMR, and Outlook. Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM. Prior medical/healthcare office experience is essential. Prior home health/private duty experience a plus.
