United States, Tennessee, Gallatin Sep 01, 2026 Job Posting Title Operations Coordinator Job Description Summary Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations department by coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely processing of transactions and requests in alignment with company policies and management direction. Process/Receive invoices and orders
Resolve Consumption issues
Purchase order unresolved list - Work with Requisitioners and Purchasing Coordinator to mitigate outstanding unresolved items
Work with Requisitioners to update due dates and resolve past due Purchase Orders
Support Purchasing Department with purchase order goods received but not invoiced list
Capture quotes and estimates from maintenance outage project leaders communicate outage estimates and actuals.
Administrative support as needed
Other duties as assigned Required Skills and Education High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of administrative, operations, or purchasing support experience preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LN)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially
