Operations CoordinatorJob Summary We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Operations Coordinator to support and improve our day-to-day operations. This role is critical to keeping our business running smoothly by managing customer communication, building and maintaining internal processes, and ensuring tasks are completed without constant oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of responsibilities. You should be comfortable creating structure, improving workflows, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is not a passive support role—we are looking for someone who can think ahead, stay organized, and keep operations moving independently. Responsibilities Manage customer communication (email and phone) with professionalism and timely follow-up Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and SOPs Track and follow up on orders, issues, and internal tasks to ensure completion Organize and maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Identify inefficiencies and help improve operational workflows Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth order processing and communication Assist with shipping and inventory tasks as needed (not primary responsibility) Support general administrative tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail Requirements Previous experience in operations, administration, or a coordination role in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently Proven ability to create and document processes, policies, or workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to prioritize work without constant supervision High attention to detail and follow-through

$20.00 per hour
