Yard Operations Associate 1 HOLT CAT United States, Texas, Aubrey 27600 East University Drive (Show on map) Aug 11, 2026 This position is responsible for safely locating, receiving, inspecting, verifying, and documenting assets in a yard environment. This position will also provide inventory counts and operate various types and sizes of equipment. University Dr., Aubrey, Texas, 76227 Open in Google Maps Workplace type Onsite Essential Functions Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Verify and document all assets arriving and departing the yard. Accurately stage and prep assets to fulfill incoming requests. Load and unload assets, conduct inspect procedures, fuel, and report the condition of assets per safety protocols. Provide timely updates for all inventory items leaving or returning to the yard through the Shipping and Receiving function. Photograph all incoming and outgoing assets and upload pictures following current processes. Troubleshoot, communicate and problem-solve potential shipping and receiving delays on assets. Performs, reconciles, and completes inventory counts of machines and work tools. Requires regular and punctual employee attendance. Performs other related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Effective utilization of organizational planning, self-management, analytical problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Strong planning and coordination skills Demonstrates proficiency with current computer software, related hardware, and machine electronic systems. Dexterity, hearing, and talking requirements are constant. Visual ability to observe employees in the workplace, analyze operations, and detect situations of concern. The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to conduct safety assessments before starting a task.
