Station Operations Specialist-站点运营专员 Location / 工作地点： Texas — Multiple Locations德州多个站点，可根据岗位需求安排至 Dallas 或 Austin 区域站点。 Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责 Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). 负责评估、引入配送服务合作伙伴（DSP），并建立长期稳定的合作关系。

• Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services. 与DSP进行合同及服务价格谈判，在控制成本的同时保障配送服务质量。
• Provide daily operational support to DSPs, address operational issues, and ensure smooth delivery processes. 为DSP提供日常运营支持，及时解决运营问题，保障配送流程顺畅。
• Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance. 监控包裹配送状态，确保信息追踪准确及准时送达。
• Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. 及时处理配送相关异常，保障服务质量和客户满意度。
• Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. 分析运营数据及绩效指标，识别问题并寻找流程优化机会。
• Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards. 确保DSP遵守公司政策、合同约定及行业标准。
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align delivery strategies. 与内部团队协作，共同制定并落实配送运营策略。 Requirements / 任职要求
• Minimum 1 year of frontline last-mile delivery operations management experience. 至少 1年一线最后一公里配送运营管理经验。
• Fluent in English, plus either Mandarin Chinese or Spanish. 英语流利，同时会中文或西班牙语其中一种。
• Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field; experience working with DSPs is a plus. 具备物流运营、供应商管理或相关领域经验；有DSP合作经验者优先。
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. 具备较强的谈判、沟通及问题解决能力。
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 能够在快节奏环境中同时处理多项任务，并有效安排优先级。
• Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred. 熟悉物流系统及相关行业法规者优先。
• Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 物流、供应链管理、数据分析、工程或相关专业教育背景优先。
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and accept scheduling requirements.
