The team is known for accurate estimating services, detailed design input, and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality and value on every project. Role Description The successful candidate should possess outstanding time management and organizational skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects and work under constant deadlines. Ability to anticipate problems, develop solutions, and work with strong personalities is paramount. The successful candidate should have a "can do" attitude with the ability to assist in multiple areas within the Company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills High school diploma required 2 to 4 year a college degree preferred but not required Minimum 3-6 years working in the construction industry Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with standard software products including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Demonstrated ability to work and solve problems under pressure and meet multiple simultaneous deadlines consistently Previous Timberline software experience is preferred Active Notary license is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen
TASKS MAY INCLUDE
Create subcontractor PO billing schedule of values in Timberline system Updating and routing subcontractor change orders in Timberline system Scan, code and route subcontractor billings in Timberscan system Manage and track subcontractor work orders through final execution Upload and manage documents on SharePoint Update and maintain various schedules in Excel Manage project mail routing to appropriate person Assisting Project Director and Project Manager Daily office administrative duties such as, typing, filing, answering phones may be required Excellent working conditions and benefits.

Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
