Job Description
Operation Management Specialist Do not sponser H1B Visa. Job Summary We are seeking an Operation Management Specialist to support the organization's operational and administrative functions. This role is responsible for preparing and managing departmental budgets, coordinating procurement requests for production support materials, monitoring project costs, and facilitating communication across departments to ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and operational analysis skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and be fluent in both Chinese and English. Key Responsibilities Prepare, consolidate, and review departmental budgets while ensuring effective budget control. Manage and process purchase requests for production support materials, spare parts, and consumables. Coordinate and facilitate communication across departments to ensure effective collaboration and the efficient execution of daily administrative operations. Manage project cost planning, monitoring, and analysis to support successful project execution. Job Duties Departmental budget preparation, consolidation, and review

Pay:
