In-Studio Appointment Setter -
Luxury Fine Art Studio Location:
8430 W University Dr, Unit #209, McKinney, TX 75071. All scheduled shifts, including training, take place in our studio during Central Time business hours. You must be able to reliably commute to the studio.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 OTE (Base Salary + Uncapped Tiered Commissions) About the Role Michael Anthony Photography is seeking a high-energy, money-motivated In-Studio Appointment Setter to join our luxury portrait studio in McKinney. You will work alongside our studio team as the primary point of contact for families, couples, pet owners, and others who have recently expressed interest in our brand and high-end heirloom portraiture. You will manage the initial consultation, guiding families from their inquiry to a confirmed studio session.
What You'll Do Warm Lead Engagement:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads who have already raised their hand for our services. No cold calling.
Script Mastery:
Adhere to a proven, high-converting script designed to communicate the value of our artwork.
Lead Qualification:
Use professional discovery and objection handling to ensure we are booking high-intent families who truly value fine art.
Secure Bookings:
Help clients secure exclusive studio time and ensure a premium client experience.
Data Management:
Accurately track interactions and outcomes in our CRM to maintain a seamless handoff to our studio design team.
Studio Collaboration:
Work closely with the studio team, participate in in-person training, and communicate clearly about bookings and client needs.
Who You Are Sales Background:
You have 1-2+ years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales or appointment setting.
Performance-Driven:
You thrive in a target-based environment and are motivated by uncapped commission structures.
Professional Voice:
You possess a polished, high-end phone voice and the emotional intelligence required to connect with luxury-minded clients.
Resilient:
You have a positive attitude and can handle the high-volume demands of a successful luxury studio.
Dependable and Local:
You can reliably commute to our McKinney studio for every scheduled shift and value working in person with a team.
Computer and CRM Skills:
You are comfortable using a computer, phone systems, and CRM software to manage calls, follow-up, and accurate client notes. Why Join Us?
