Description
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under general supervision, provides support to multiple functions of ESP shop operations
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Be able to maintain a consistent work schedule Monday-Friday. Be available to work a weekend on call schedule when needed. Provide logistical and administrative support to the Order Fulfillment team. Provide support to Order Fulfillment by coordinating with 3rd party tool suppliers. Provide support to the Inventory team for equipment movement and tracking. Responsible for locating and accurately verifying various components of ESP systems that have been allocated to quotes. Coordinate with the Testing Administrator to reduce response time for paperwork submission. Coordinate with the DIFA team to increase accuracy of failure analysis and testing reports. Provide support to the Testing Administrator by building and distributing outbound equipment status reports to the Sales team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year of ESP experience is preferred. Requirements

Basic computer skills. Microsoft Excel, Word
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items in the work area. Must be able to work at a fast pace. Must be able to accept changes of priority and complete assignments when interruptions are frequent. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is usually performed in an office, shop, and equipment storage yard setting.
