You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts. What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance . What will I be doing? Using your expertise in training scheduling systems , you will be managing the student training pipeline for assigned training, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training . In addition, you will: Determine proper training requirements as determined by government guidance Coordinate with training venues for student placement and provide reports on training status Provide pipeline scheduling for USAF training using multiple software platform resources Assist with office management to include security requirements, automated data processing equipment management, and other assigned duties related to pipeline management Perform other assigned tasks to analyze scheduling and student training Answer incoming calls Other duties as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need? You must meet the minimum requirements: Active Secret clearance Experience and understanding of military training 3 years pipeline management experience Knowledge and understanding of military rank structure to include United States Air Force, United States Navy, United States Space Force, and United States Army Knowledge of training scheduling systems to include classified systems Experience with the following systems: Global Command and Control System Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments Joint Operations Planning and Execution Segments Discrepancy Reporting Deployment Planning Reporting Tool AF Reporting Instruction Tool MILPDS Air Force Personnel Accountability (AFPASS) Strong communication skills Able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervisory oversight Where is the client site that I would be working for?
