We're looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Assistant to support our Billing & Fulfillment Manager while learning the day-to-day operations of a growing technology company. This is more than a shipping or administrative position, it's an opportunity to build a career. You'll begin by learning our fulfillment processes, inventory, shipping, and internal systems. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to expand into customer success, operations, billing, or other areas based on your strengths and the needs of the business. Our software and hardware platform replaces traditional barcode systems with RFID, allowing companies to count, locate, and manage inventory faster and more accurately. You'll play an important role in making sure customers receive the right products on time while helping our operations team stay organized and efficient. As you become familiar with our products, systems, and customers, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and continue growing within the company. What You'll Be Doing Prepare and ship customer orders, including RFID labels, printers, readers, and accessories Receive and organize incoming inventory Keep shipping supplies stocked and organized Track shipments and assist with customer shipping questions Prepare commercial invoices and customs documentation for international shipments Help maintain inventory accuracy Assist with customer communications and administrative tasks Schedule customer onboarding and support appointments when needed Learn our internal systems, products, and operational processes Support the operations team wherever needed What We're Looking For Highly dependable and responsible Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly, must be able to type at a reasonable speed. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or HubSpot is a plus Excellent communication skills Able to work independently while supporting a team Comfortable lifting boxes up to 40 pounds Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, office administration, or customer service experience is helpful Growth Opportunities This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company. Position Details Location:
In-office near Costco in St.
George, Utah Schedule:
Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. At minimum applicant MUST be able to work Mondays and Wednesdays.
Compensation:
