Full Job Description Description:
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring safe and efficient package handling, maintaining service standards, and leading team members to meet productivity and quality goals. This position serves as a working leader who supports employees, drives accountability, and acts as a liaison between frontline team members and management. In addition to operational leadership, the Operations Lead is responsible for completing administrative tasks and supporting customer communication to ensure service excellence and accurate information flow.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, transportation, or operations experience preferred. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull packages up to company-established weight limits. Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and operational noise.
