The procedures are ordered from physicians and their offices. This position also schedules patient appointments for the Cardiology Outreach sites, including cardiologist's consultation appointments and procedures that are performed at the outside clinic locations. Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training:

Completion of a medical terminology course 2 years of general and specialized office duties Prior hospital or clinic experience 1 year of Cardiac and/or Vascular scheduling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Community college/vocational education, specializing in either medical assistant and/or office and secretarial subjects such as English, typing, word processing, computer skills, office machines. 1 year of Diagenetic Imaging scheduling experience 1 year of experience with EPIC- Hospital Computer Information System Why Join Providence Swedish?
