Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Commission Only) Maverick Painting & Windows is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to master door-to-door sales alongside a fun, energetic, and supportive team. No sales experience required. We provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed. We want to see you GROW and become a closer, earning even more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Canvass neighborhoods by going door-to-door to generate new business using our proprietary scripts and sales process, representing Maverick with professionalism and enthusiasm.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• 30 hrs per week (5 days/week)
• Daily conversations with homeowners.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Competitive and goal-oriented.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Resiliency (you don't let rejection stop you).
• Ability to walk outdoors for several hours each day.

COMPENSATION

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission-only with uncapped earning potential.
• High performers commonly earn ($140K-$200K)
• Paid every Friday.
