Part-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Operations Associate to support our online sales channels. This role will focus on listing products on our auction platform, as well as across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Temu, Whatnot, Tiktok, etc.) and ensuring smooth order processing, shipping, and customer satisfaction. The second part of the job is to ensure sold items are shipped on time. This involves packing items in boxes, taping and affixing shipping labels. The last part of the job involves customer service, including scanning and giving winning bidders their items, responding to customer queries on shipments, handling customers who show up in person to pick up items. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. Key Responsibilities Product Listings Create, update, and optimize product listings on major ecommerce platforms. Take photo, edit, and prepare the product images. Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes meet platform requirements. Monitor and maintain listing accuracy, stock availability, and compliance with marketplace rules. Order Fulfillment Process and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Prepare shipping labels, coordinate with carriers, and track shipments. Maintain inventory levels and update stock counts across platforms. Operational and Customer Support Monitor order and shipment status, resolving any issues or delays. Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries related to orders. Support promotional campaigns by setting up discounts, bundles, or featured listings. Qualifications Experience with e-commerce platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Temu, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) preferred. Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL) and fulfillment processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work with bulk uploads is a plus. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
