You're looking for a job where you can simply wait to be told what to do. There are always things that can be accomplished in a busy practice. When the front desk slows down, that's the opportunity to follow up with patients, organize, complete administrative work and help with our online businesses. We're looking for someone who sees those opportunities without needing someone standing over them. You also need to enjoy working with people, accept direction well, treat coworkers and patients with respect, and understand that reliability matters when you're part of a small team. Schedule This is a 25-30 hour-per-week position . Hours will generally be either mornings or afternoons, with the possibility of one weekday off depending upon the final schedule. We are specifically looking for someone who wants to work and become part of our team long-term . This is not intended as a temporary position around a school schedule. Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $19/hour , with chiropractic care included. There is opportunity for increased compensation and responsibility as the practice grows. If you're capable and want more responsibility, there is room for this position to grow with you. Why Precision Chiropractic? We're a small team, which means the person we hire matters. We care about our employees, work hard to create an enjoyable environment and try to accommodate reasonable needs whenever possible. You'll work with good people, have a predictable schedule and have an opportunity to become an important part of a growing practice and education business. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants more than just another job. We want someone who can eventually look around the office, know what needs to happen and make it happen. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you. Apply by answering these five questions and attaching your resume. 1. You have finished everything you were asked to do, the office is quiet, and no one has given you another task. What do you do next? 2. Tell us about a job where you had to handle several small responsibilities at once. How did you make sure things didn't get forgotten? 3. A patient calls frustrated because they can't get the appointment time they want. How would you handle the conversation? 4. Tell us about a time your employer or supervisor corrected something you were doing. What was the correction, and what did you do afterward? 5. This position involves answering phones, scheduling patients, following up with people who haven't scheduled, collecting payments, learning new software, and doing repetitive administrative work when the office is quiet. Which part would you enjoy most, and which would you enjoy least? Why?
