We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Online Fulfillment Staff member to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of e-commerce orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards of accuracy, and ensures every customer receives their order correctly, on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Review and print incoming online orders from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)

Picking:

Locate and accurately pick products from designated warehouse shelves using SKU or item numbers as reference.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect merchandise for damages or flaws and ensure the correct quantities and SKUs are selected before packing.

Packaging & Labeling:

Pack items securely using appropriate materials and apply accurate shipping labels and packing slips.

Shipping & Dispatch:

Prepare staged orders for carrier pickups and process necessary shipping/tracking documentation.

Inventory Management:

Assist with routine stock counts, restock shelves, and notify management of low inventory levels.

Customer Service:

Answers phone and email inquiries, explain the products and provide relevant recommendation if necessary. Resolves complaints with patience and politeness.

Workspace Maintenance:

Keep the fulfillment, packing, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Keep equipment (e.g., computers and printers) well maintained.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, or shipping environment is highly preferred.

Tech Skills:

Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems, shipping software (e.g., ShipStation), and barcode and RFID scanners. Knowledge in Retail Pro and Shopify is an advantage

Physical Demands:

Stand and walk for 8-hour shifts, lift, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders at least 12 feet high.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Physical and Environmental Working Conditions Work environment involves moving through a warehouse. May require working in environments with fluctuating temperatures and moderate noise levels. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, especially during peak retail seasons or holidays.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
