Job Description

Advanced Imaging is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse and inventory operations in Lake Forest, California. This entry-level position focuses on receiving, shipping, documenting, identifying, labeling, and organizing medical imaging equipment, replacement parts, and related inventory. A key part of the role will be helping process an existing backlog of parts that must be accurately identified, recorded, labeled, and stored. The position combines hands-on warehouse work with basic administrative and computer-based inventory tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working with physical inventory, and able to complete repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. Prior shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, parts, or data-entry experience is helpful, but it is not required. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and assist with unloading deliveries. Inspect incoming equipment, parts, and packages for visible damage, missing items, or other discrepancies. Sort, identify, label, and organize medical imaging equipment and replacement parts. Verify item information, including part numbers, serial numbers, descriptions, quantities, and storage locations. Accurately enter and update inventory information in the company's inventory-management system. Help process the existing inventory backlog by identifying, recording, labeling, organizing, and properly storing parts. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, wrapping, boxing, palletizing, labeling, and staging items for carrier pickup. Move inventory between pallets, shelves, bins, work areas, and storage locations as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and shipping records. Assist with routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to the appropriate team member. Keep shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage areas clean, safe, and organized. Follow established warehouse procedures and safe material-handling practices. Communicate with the inventory team when item information is missing, unclear, or inconsistent. Assist with other general warehouse and inventory tasks as needed to support daily operations. Qualifications and Skills Basic computer skills and comfort performing routine data entry. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. Dependable attendance and the ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team. Willingness to ask questions when part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, or item details are unclear. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining an organized and safe work area. Basic math skills for counting, verifying quantities, and processing inventory. Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory, parts handling, or administrative work is preferred but not required. Experience working with equipment, tools, replacement parts, or warehouse inventory is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and organize inventory throughout the workday. Ability to regularly lift and move inventory items, with most items weighing less than 10 pounds. Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to safely use carts, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse equipment when needed.

The Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Clerk plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping our warehouse, receiving, and shipping processes organized.
