We are looking for a Bakery & Fulfillment Associate to join our Long Beach/Belmont Shore location on 2nd Street ! This is a rare opportunity to be part of our baking team, where you'll create delicious, fresh-baked treats— just for dogs! You'll also help fulfill online orders, ensuring our treats make it to happy pups nationwide. About the Role As a Bakery & Fulfillment Associate , you'll be responsible for: Baking & Decorating - Preparing and decorating dog treats, cakes, cookies, and pastries. Production & Packaging - Handling high-volume production while maintaining quality standards. Kitchen Maintenance - Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and organized. Fulfillment & Shipping - Packing and shipping online orders accurately and efficiently. What We're Looking For We're seeking team members who: Have previous baking or kitchen experience (preferred). Can lift 50+ lbs of ingredients and supplies. Are comfortable using mixers, food processors, and ovens . Work well in a fast-paced, high-production environment. Have strong time-management skills and can multitask. Can work weekends and holidays as needed. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen. Are team-oriented but also able to work independently. Have a positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills. Additional Fulfillment Responsibilities Checking online orders and printing packing slips. Creating shipping labels and packing products. Ensuring accurate inventory and correct order fulfillment.
