Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our dynamic team in Maywood. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Inspect deliveries for damage, accuracy, and compliance with shipping & receiving standards Properly unload trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed Accurately document all received items through data entry and update inventory records in ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software Prepare items for storage by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and packaging products for order picking and fulfillment Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to coordinate the load & unload process efficiently and safely Assist with shipping logistics by preparing outgoing shipments, labeling packages, and ensuring trade compliance with international trade regulations Assist pulling orders as needed Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or inventory management roles Experience replenishing, restocking and maintaining accurate inventory records and location. Ability to read and understand product labels, item numbers and warehouse locations. Experience using Ride-on Electric Pallet Jack required. Forklift experience (preferred). Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following company training and procedures. Ability to work in a freezer/cold-storage environment. Ability to lift, carry, push and pull products weighing up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when handling products. Ability to work overtime as business needs required. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturday as business needs require.
