Founded in 2017, this Korea-based, online-first company rose from virtually unknown to the top of Amazon's office chair category, and has held that position ever since. We are recruiting a new eCommerce specialist at Neo Chair. Starting last year, this leading Amazon brand has been expanding to new channels by launching on Walmart and Wayfair, and this year we are growing further into TikTok Shop, Best Buy, TJ Maxx, and Sam's Club. Job Duties Track market trends and competitor actions on each platform, devising daily sales strategies Monitor Neo Chair's e-commerce platform and account health, addressing any listing restrictions promptly Stay updated on platform trends and policies, planning and executing relevant projects Strategize and prepare comprehensive marketing promotions well ahead of key holidays, such as Prime Day and the Q4 holiday season Keep track of the fulfillment dashboard and related metrics, taking necessary follow-up actions Create and oversee keyword advertisements, ensuring their performance and control cost-per-click (CPC) ads Utilize inventory management software to accurately track and record inventory levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders Execute operational duties and address assorted tasks across all platforms Other duties as assigned Skills Proactive "get things done" mentality Adaptability and multi-tasking ability in a high-paced environment Strong problem-solving capabilities Excellent analytical skills Meticulous attention to detail Effective time management skills, demonstrated by consistently meeting deadlines Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Proficient in written and spoken communication Requirements Bilingual in English/Korean required Bachelor's degree in a related field 1-3 years of related experience required U.S. work authorization required
