Full-time Job Summary Ruffo De Alba Forwarders is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse & Compliance Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring that all cross-border merchandise is accurately received, inspected for quality, and processed for shipping. We are looking for a reliable team player who is fully fluent in Spanish (to communicate with our core team and clients) and has a functional command of English (50%) for operational documentation and basic coordination.

Key Responsibilities Receiving & Shipping:

Manage the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse. Verify contents against purchase orders and packing lists.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Perform detailed inspections of incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality standards and match international trade documentation.

Inventory Management:

Update stock records and track movement using the Velocity system and basic Excel.

Warehouse Safety:

Safely operate forklifts to move materials and organize the workspace.

Communication:

Coordinate daily tasks with the team and customers, primarily in Spanish , while handling basic English requirements for shipping documents.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 1 year in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or quality control.

Language:

Native or fluent Spanish is required. Conversational English (approx. 50%) is necessary for operational tasks.

Technical:

Experience operating warehouse equipment (Forklifts/Reach trucks) and basic computer proficiency.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to identify discrepancies in merchandise and documentation.

Physical:

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
