In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, from order fulfillment to shipping and receiving. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Manage order picking and packing processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms for accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure proper placement of products for easy access and retrieval Prepare shipments by packaging items securely, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch Conduct regular inventory checks, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels Utilize basic math skills to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements during order processing Assist with warehouse distribution tasks by loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and supporting overall warehouse flow Qualifications Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks is highly preferred Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory management Ability to use RF scanners accurately for order picking and stock updates Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying product quantities Prior experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and stock management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join our team today to be part of an energetic environment where your skills make a real impact!
